Destia encourages all staff to take an active role in the ongoing development of their everyday work routines and tasks by identifying new ways to improve them.
At Destia, we encourage all staff to take an active role in the ongoing development of their everyday work routines and tasks by identifying new ways to improve them. The OTE training programme, launched in 2016, is designed to support this process.
As part of the Destia Osaajien talo (Company of experts) project, we are drawing up modular and role-specific lifelong learning journeys for our staff. They will allow us to accurately target training activities in response to the needs of the business.
Destia staff will have the opportunity to pursue degree-oriented further study, including specialist qualifications in management and construction site management. All training will be offered on the basis of local requirements.
Destia also offers a range of in-house training opportunities provided by our specialist partners. Our extensive training programme also includes a choice of webinars available for all staff.
