Maija Kuurne is responsible for managing all staff skills and competencies development at group level.
Maija Kuurne started in her post as Destia’s HRD Manager in August 2015. She holds a master’s degree in education and brings with her ten years of experience across a number of staff development roles.
At Destia, Maija is responsible for managing all staff skills and competencies development at group level. It was the fundamental nature of the infrastructure business that prompted her to pursue this opportunity.
