National Road 4 Kello-Räinänperä
National Road 4 Kello-Räinänperä project started in 2018 and will be completed in autumn 2020. The project is a part of the National Road 4 Oulu-Kemi development project where Destia has also worked on improving the Oulu section. The project is implemented as a design-build-develop project in close cooperation with the customer, Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency.
In the project, National Road 4 is transformed into a motorway between the Kello multi-level interchange and Kiiminkijoki river. National Road 4 between Kiiminkijoki and Räinänperä is transformed into a bypass with a central barrier. The goal of the project is to improve the safety and flow of traffic.
