We design, build, and maintain critical infrastructure. Our strategy is to increasingly shift our business focus towards promoting and leveraging the green transition. At the same time, we ensure the profitability of our core business and primarily strengthen the business areas of energy and industrial construction as well as the maintenance of transport infrastructure.

During the strategic period, we respond to the challenges of our operating environment with a balanced business portfolio, which is formed from the perspectives of customer relationships, balance sheet, business division, cyclical and seasonal variations, and geographical diversification.

We implement our strategy through our development programs: Nordic Facilitator, Forerunner in productivity, and Sustainable leader.

Broader role in the value chain as a goal

We improve profitability primarily by aiming for a broader role in the industry’s value chain. We offer our customers high value-added solution-oriented services. We also enhance our profitability by improving our productivity, project management, and procurement. Other areas of development include tendering activities and customer relationship management. We continue to promote digitalization.
