Institutional Development

We are experienced in developing and improving the institutional set-up and procedures of road agencies or other transportation authorities. Institutional development projects address such issues as organisation and technology management, developing the staff capacity and capability, planning and conducting the training courses as well creating and updating strategy level plans.
